Lidlelantfongeni Property Services
Lidlelantfongeni Property Services is a division of the Swaziland National Provident Fund that primarily deals with rental of the Fund’s Properties. The commercial properties owned by the Fund include but are not limited to, 33 Executive Houses at Moneni, 27 Executive Houses at Moneni, Profund Flats, Duplexes at Mountain Inn, Dlanubeka House, Liqhaga House, Manzini (Liqhaga) Flats as well as office blocks in Piggs Peak, Siteki, Nhlangano and Manzini.
 
Dlanubeka House

Dlanubeka House is a great asset to the Fund. We are currently in the process of refurbishing the toilets at Dlanubeka House. The project is almost over and we are grateful to our tenants for their patience.

The outdoor parking bays have been covered with nice royal blue covers, we love to flaunt our corporate colour. Our tenants are quite appreciative of this project and that of course makes us happy in turn.

Dlanubeka House will be painted on the exterior very soon and it will be restored to its former glory. Whew! So much goodness going around.

 
Manzini Flats

Famously known as Liqhaga Flats, this residential complex is located just below Liqhaga House in Manzini. The Fund will soon be launching a pre paid electricity project at Manzini Flats. This means that all residential and commercial tenants will have their own pre paid meters and they will have to purchase their electricity units upfront. Some serious budgeting will have to take place here. Dark apartments should not be a sign of month end.

 
25 Units-Nhlangano
Located in Extension 1 in Nhlangano, the 25 Units recently got good a lick of paint and they look as good as new. If they were not located so far, I bet you would move in there. Even now, it’s a thought. Watch this space.
 
27 and 33 Executive Houses and 26 Duplexes

These residential complexes are located at Extension 6 in Manzini and the Mountain Inn area in Mbabane.

Major projects are underway in these properties and they are flowing smoothly. The Fund is refurbishing these houses especially where the carpeting is concerned. Basically, at the end of the projects, none of the houses will have carpets but high quality tiles (Tuscan 525, if you know what I’m talking about). This is in an endeavour to ensure that our properties are of a high standard and well maintained.

The 27 and 33 Executive Houses will be getting electric fences around them in an effort to step up the security in these properties. Even cats will have to use the main gate to gain entry, lest they lose one of their nine lives.

As you have may have seen in the local dailies, we have some office space to let at Liqhaga House as well as Dlanubeka House. To find out more, call us at 508 2063/602 8508.

The Fund is highly supportive of local businesses in an effort to empower the Swazi people. This means that local companies are encouraged to come and lease office space from us.

 
Faults Reporting

Our tenants are encouraged to report anything that needs the attention of our maintenance team at 508 2067/ 505 2173. One of these days we will have a toll free number for faults reporting, just not yet.
