Lidlelantfongeni Properties
The Swaziland National Provident Fund has a section that primarily deals with rental of the Fund’s Properties. The commercial properties owned by the Fund include but are not limited to, 33 Executive Houses at Moneni, 27 Executive Houses at Moneni, Profund Flats, Duplexes at Mountain Inn, Dlanubeka House, Liqhaga House, Manzini (Liqhaga) Flats as well as office blocks in Piggs Peak, Siteki, Nhlangano and Manzini.
 
Manzini parkade under development

Manzini Parkade under development next to Estel House. This structure will house a three storey parking, shops and offices. Work is already in progress. Below are architectural impressions of how the structure will look like on completion.

Faults Reporting

Our tenants are encouraged to report anything that needs the attention of our maintenance team at 2508 2067. One of these days we will have a toll free number for faults reporting, just not yet.
