SHE Policy Development and Objectives

The Safety Health and Environmental Policy is under development. It's main objective will be to address the following;

Hazard Control

  • Implement appropriate measures to control hazards identified and minimize the risk.
  • Motivate the staff to work safely by setting an example
  • Provide information about work hazards and appropriate instructions and training to new staff.
  • Actively supervise staff to ensure that safe work procedures are followed.
  • Provide adequate personal protective equipment with appropriate instruction in use and cares where other control measures are not feasible or achieved in the sort term.
  • Develop written safe work procedures for hazardous jobs and review regularly.
  • Incorporate SHE considerations when purchasing new materials, substances and equipment.
  • Ensure contracted outside bodies working on the Fund premises agree to abide with our standards.
